Warranty Information:   Our steel furniture comes with a limited warranty for defects in workmanship and/or materials for all of our products.
Due to the intrinsic nature of our handcrafted product, and artisan process, variations in dimensions, color, texture, hue and finishes are expected and not considered defects.
The Reich Way Metal Fab offers no warranty with respect to the finishes on the products, as the finishes naturally change over time. Be aware that leaving acidic foods, chemicals, cleaning products, etc. can remove the finish. Please refer to our (METAL FURNITURE CARE/ FAQ) section.
Under no circumstance will The Reich Way, be held responsible for any damage incurred during or after Shipment of our products. We will not be responsible for any moving, labor or installation charges, or any other expenses associated with the installation of our products. The Reich Way is only responsibility for the replacement, exchange, or repair of the defective product.

For International Shipments Buyer is responsible for all Customs & Duties
