Griddle wind guard:
These wind guards are made for the sides of the griddle cooktop to block the wind from blowing down your flame and to prevent the cooktop from cooling down. There is a 1,200 Degree rated heat paint applied to the 18Ga steel to protect the steel surface against rust. Insuring rust free use and to keep them looking good for years. The factory cooktop lid will still be able to fit over the cooktop when the wind guards are installed. To install wind guards, simply lift up one side of the griddle cooktop and insert griddle foot peg into wind guard holes and set griddle back in place. These wind guards are for use with griddle cooktop feet that are spaced apart 11 3/4" on center with 1/4" of wiggle room.
